Due to recent changes in the regulations surrounding how these visits are organized, all tour operators — including our company — are currently unable to carry out the non-guided tours.
This affects the entire industry, and no company will be able to offer such visits until at least May 7th, 2025.
As a result, we are unfortunately forced to cancel all previously booked unguided Auschwitz tours scheduled before this date.
Every affected customer will receive a full refund.
We are already in the process of issuing refunds and appreciate your patience during this time.
We deeply regret the inconvenience this may cause.
The situation is entirely beyond our control and came as an unexpected development.
These regulatory changes aim to improve the structure and flow of visits to the museum’s site. However, we understand how disappointing they may be for travelers who had hoped for a quieter or more personal experience.
We remain committed to providing meaningful and respectful ways to visit Auschwitz-Birkenau Museum.
Our team is actively exploring alternative options that comply with the new regulations, so we can continue offering impactful experiences in the future.
