Wadowice is a city in the southern Poland, place of birth of Karol Wojtyła – a man who became a pope. The city of Wadowice lies about 50 km south of Cracow and it takes about 1 hour to get there. During the tour, you will have the chance to see the family home of Karol Wojtyła – nowadays a seat of the Municipal Museum with an exhibition dedicated to his life. Further part of the tour includes a sanctuary in Kalwaria Zebrzydowska, inscribed on UNESCO World Cultural Heritage list as well as sanctuary of Divine Mercy in Łagiewniki, where the relicts of saint Faustina are being treasured.

- Wadowice is a city located in the southern Poland, about 50 km away from Cracow where the weather can be slightly different. We recommend taking warm, waterproof clothes (sweaters, coats, umbrellas) as well as clothing items protecting from the exposure to the sun (hats, caps, sunglasses)
